Timing
We will deliver images by 24-48 hours after the shoot.

Photography
Rooms and angles photographed left to the discretion of the photographer unless specifically requested prior to or at the shoot. Home should be photo ready upon photographer's arrival. Photographer is not responsible for unwanted objects in photos.

Travel
Pricing includes up to 40 miles round trip from our studio in Lakeville calculated using the fasted route to the property address. Miles exceeding the 40 miles round trip will be billed at $1/mile.

Payment / Pricing
Payment is due upon delivery of the completed photos. Pricing is quoted for Residential Real Estate Photography. If you are an architect, developer, designer, or builder and not a real estate agent, or if the property is a rental, please contact us for pricing.

Cancellations
Should bad weather impede the photographer’s ability to produce a top quality product, or other hazards exist, the photographer will determine if the shoot needs to be rescheduled. Clients may also cancel/reschedule shoots up to 6 hours in advance of the shoot. A $50 cancellation fee will apply if less time is given for the cancellation, if the photographer is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, or if the home is not photo-ready at the time of the scheduled shoot.

Media Use
All media produced for an agent or broker (hereafter referred to as agent) may be used by that agent for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the agent’s self promotion. The photographs and videos may also be used by the agent’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed for the duration of the listing, and must not be distributed to a third party without permission.

Also note that the images will be copyrighted by the photographer, and license granted only to the agent and the agent’s parent company and not to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.
